Liability claim review provides a complete medical file review, by a nurse case manager, in order to provide a comprehensive report that details a specific injury. This review factors in prior or subsequent medical or vocational information to help determine what is related and unrelated to the current claim. The report includes a narrative component and can include a separation of charges component. The case manager can also provide legal testimony corroborating this review, if requested.

Legal Nurse Consulting:
When litigating a claim, our Legal Nurse Consultant can provide crucial information and testimony. Our Legal Nurse Consultant is a registered nurse who uses existing expertise as a healthcare professional, plus specialized legal nurse consultant training, to consult on medical-related cases. Automobile or liability claims can be extremely costly but our Certified Legal Nurse Consultant (CLNC) will thoroughly examine and review all medical records, billing, CPT Codes, and accident/police reports, and deliver a comprehensive report.
