Bodily Injury Adjuster

Key Insurance Company is a non-standard auto insurance carrier headquartered in Overland Park, KS and an office in Las Vegas, NV. The position is available in either office. Remote work may be considered. Our job is to protect our customers, educate them on the process, and restore order to their lives.
Looking for an experienced BI adjuster responsible for:
Evaluation and negotiation of direct and attorney represented bodily injury claims.
May assist with claims investigation, including recorded statements, obtaining detailed reports, etc.
Ability to handle claims with potential excess exposure.
Open, close and adjust reserves in accordance with company practices.
Ensure demands are responded to in a timely manner in accordance with company guidelines.
Communicate via phone, e-mail, text, and regular mail
Qualifications

Work Experience:

Two or more years bodily injury claims experience.
Ability to work independently, but comfortable conferring on files with leadership.
Experience working in a fast paced environment that is ever changing.
Education/skills:

College degree preferred, but not required.
Must possess excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to think critically and solve problems.
Self-starting, self-motivating and able to make decisions independently.
