Position Summary:

Looking for that next opportunity to use your negotiation skills? Kemper is looking for experienced Attorney Represented and Non-Represented Casualty Adjusters for our growing teams! Your knowledge of medical and legal terminology to complete investigations will allow you to evaluate damages and injuries and ultimately negotiate a fair and prompt settlement.

Position Responsibilities:

Assume handling of injury claims and work to conclusion.
Interpret medical reports, review medical billing, evaluate claim value and manage claims process to ensure efficient resolution.
Estimate cost of treatment or compensation for those injured in accidents.
Negotiate with claimants and attorneys to settle bodily injury (BI) claims.

Position Qualifications:

3+ years of Casualty claims handling experience with 2+ years of Bodily Injury experience required.
High School Diploma required.
Non-standard/Standard auto experience a plus.
Preferred auto experience a plus.
California auto claims handling experience a plus.
Must have claim- related computer systems experience, Guidewire experience is a plus.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
