Order Processor

Responsibilities
•
The Order Processor is responsible for assembling orders and preparing work order packages for delivery to the field
•
Processes a high volume of new orders; works with client to insure we have the correct client contact, billing information, location data, and confirm data on all individuals listed on the order
•
Communicates with the clients; on questions and or concerns, or location delays, or special handling requirements, and or missing information
•
Follows any local, state, or and federal rules, regulations or laws as it pertains to the order
•
Maintains location database and update attorney state bar numbers
•
Other duties as assigned
